As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, I believe in a science-backed approach to eating in a way that will honor your circumstances, traditions, and experiences, all while helping you meet your health goals. Whatever situation led you to this page, we will begin working together to improve the foundations of your health. The truth is, your body WANTS to be in balance-and in fact has tons of miraculous systems in place to get there-if we only give it what it needs for support!

Each person is unique, and what foods you need to be your best will vary according to your biology. I want to be your ally in discovering YOUR “super foods” and showing you ways to prepare them that will help your body utilize them maximally. If you are an old pro at elimination diets, or just beginning to wonder about making some healthy swaps, I will meet you where you are.

Does this mean that you are doomed to a lifetime of boring, bland food? Absolutely not! I am passionate about eating REAL food that tastes GOOD. No steamed fish and limp broccoli here! Anyone can cook anything and make it delicious and I am here to help you do exactly that.

Besides making food delectable, we want to make sure that we are getting a variety of nutrients, including plenty of clean water, healthy fats, well-sourced protein, beneficial carbohydrates, and ALL the micronutrients. Where you get your food matters, and buying locally grown, seasonal foods is one of the best habits to develop when possible. Eating animals that are raised consuming species-appropriate diets, and eating plants that “eat” healthy soil without a ton of chemical inputs, will serve your body, and your health.

According to the Nutritional Therapy Association [NTA] (2021), though much has changed in human culture over the last 40.000 years, our genes remain 99.9% the same. What has changed, though our genes have not, is how and what we are eating. Our bodies do not know what to do with all of the super-processed, chemical-laden, plastic-wrapped products we try to convince ourselves are sustenance. My philosophy is, out with the junk, in with the real foods!

Beginning with a thorough intake, we will walk together down a path toward optimal health, energy, and vitality. It is my honor and privilege to do this work, and I look forward to taking this journey with you.
